It may just be the area I'm in that's doing it but getting my pen at Target cost the same as if I'd have gotten it online. Livescribe was selling the 1g pen for $169 and giving you the four notebooks free, Target was selling the 1g pen for $149 and the four notebooks for $19.99. really you're not gaing anything by buying it straight from livescribe; actually I would even say you're losing if you get it from them because you'll have to wait for it to be shipped. I may try to get back to you after using it in class for awhile.
